Agroforestry

The course summarizes the present state of knowledge on agroforestry. The course gives students view about different agroforestry systems in the tropics and temperate zone as well. During lectures and tutorials classification of agroforestry systems, their influence on soil and water management, interaction of different components in agroforestry, socio-economic performance etc. is explained. Theoretical framework is completed with various case studies.
